At the Municipality of Stadskanaal, I handled all first-line reports with my fellow intern.

• Unlocking accounts.
• Voicemail setup for phones.
• Setting up laptops.
• Delivering hardware.

I worked at Centric for over 2 years on the Project: ASML.

At ASML, we focused entirely on all ASML employees, both internal and external staff.

There are over 35,000 people working at ASML, all of whom were assisted by ASML's Service Desk.

• Account issues (Password locked)
• Software incidents
• Hardware incidents
• Assigning software to users
• Reports in ServiceNow (Standard incidents)

Currently, I work at OFIFTY, a company that places me at DICTU (Dienst ICT Uitvoering).

At DICTU, I work in the back office, where I have an administrative role.

What my role typically involves:

• Registering requests in TopDesk.
• Assisting users with activating or logging into their accounts.
• Assigning rights & roles to users.
• Providing accounts to users
